Screen Printing

Screen-printing (ACL) is a process that ink applied directly onto the surface of a container. Most projects would require three major steps. First, creating stencils for every color of the image true which ink would be applied. Second, ceramic ink, glass enamels, organic ink or precious metals are applied onto the container. Third, the container moves true a conveyor belt to a temperature-controlled oven where the ink binds onto the container.

The process of binding the ink can be varying, depending on the composition of the ink or container being used; some of the other option would be infrared or ultraviolet lights.
